Stop Solving Hidden Feelings
How to stop trying to read someone else's mind and make a useful decision from what you can actually observe.
Use the 60-Second Clarity Check →Short solo episodes that combine lived experience, humor, and a practical behavior-first method for mixed signals, boundaries, and relationship uncertainty.
This show grew out of my own separation, not a textbook. I was living through the end of a relationship under the same roof while fatherhood, children, necessary contact, practical family logistics, grief, and uncertainty were all still happening at once. The loops, contradictions, and ordinary moments in these episodes are not hypothetical; they are the experiences that taught me to stop trying to solve hidden feelings.
The practical method underneath it is: KNOWN → UNKNOWN → PATTERN → BOUNDARY → NEXT ACTION.
The trailer and six full episodes are published on the canonical Separation Control feed. That feed distributes to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music/Audible, Pandora, Pocket Casts, TuneIn, Player FM, Podcast Addict, Podchaser, YouTube Podcasts, and other participating apps; directory indexing timing can vary.
Love can be real and still not make the relationship workable. Separate what you feel, what they do, what you need, and what you control.
